Congratulations to Michelle Rumney of the Barrie Baydogs Triathlon Club for winning Gold in her Age Group in the 2000m Canadian Indoor Rowing Championships. Michelle was an amazing 8 seconds ahead of 2nd place, in her first major rowing competition. She only started rowing 3 months ago, and credits her awesome mentors Dave Watts & Louise McGonigal-Watts. Special congrats for a great 7th place finish by Andre Gordon in the 2000m men’s competition, also his first year of rowing. Baydogs are rocking the off-season.
